Was running some office errands with a practical trainee @ d office just now...when out of the d blue, she asked me- "Akak dah ada boyfriend"?...I was like huh?!! (Biar benar budak ni, tak nampak ke badan ku yg 'membesar bagai johan ni"?!)

I replied, "Akak dah kahwin la & ada daughter sorang dah"...Can I take it as a compliment? I mean, WOW! Org still ingat I still single & available...hehe:p

LICENSE TO HOG!!!

Been rambling & ranting a LOT these few days...juz need to vent out d BAD & NEGATIVE Emotions..Urghhh! 

Driving in KL is definite nightmare unless you are mentally & physically equipped...sure most of us wud agree on dat! Coz d roads in KL are FULL of KIASU, "PIG-headed" ROAD BULLIES! Especially those coming from d 'Tanah Besar'!!!! They simply drive like they own d road & as if there were the only ones paying all tax. Like DUHHH! Even if u were 2 put on ur signal light before entering d next lane, they wud damn rite choose to be 'BLIND' & lagi drive their car closer so dat u dont even have an INCH to squeeze into the next lane. BLOODY HELL! But if they were to go into ur lane they wud never damn rite give signal pun & simply masuk je...Shessh!(Can 'potong' my jari on this!...coz experienced it a thousand times aready)

Nways, back 2 my actual story...was on d way back from supermarket near my house this evening. Was in d right lane & out of a sudden coz my lane was moving faster than his lane, this DAMN white coloured Alphard (If u happen to come across this car - WNK 83...BEWARE!) selambe-rly swerved into my lane w/out giving any signal. Luckily I was driving not so fast but quite fast jugakla (erkkk!) - had to jam on my brakes & of course from autonomous reaction  I honked! Terkejut beb!!!

Pastu this stopid 'Tanah Besar' guy who was driving the Alphard of course dah memang ingat dia Super-Duper Higher & Mightier than me coz I drove a My-Vi only ma. He honked back at me altho he was already ahead of me...DUH! Then even more IDIOTIC he purposedly slammed on his brakes a few times...hoping that I crashed into his kunun-nyer Hi-Class MPV. Serious kurang ajar!

Then, I gave my signal to turn left & he at that time was still in the right lane...sekali he 'POTONG' my car at the sharp corner...again with the hope that I crash into his car but Alhamdulillah Allah was on my side. I sempat brake again...Memang TOO MUCH!

So, back 2 square one...his car ahead of mine & he went really damn SLOW like 40km's per hour...Kura2 speed. Am sure just to PISS ME OFF again...Takpe, I ikut jela. Then, he slammed on his brakes twice before taking a left turn at a junction. And yes, without giving any signal...Memang KURANG AJAR TAHAP DEWA! 

DAMN u 'Tanah Besar' people! Lupe diri...datang negara orang tapi buat cam negara sendiri. I HATE them to d BONE!!!

Weird how people wud do just bout anything in order to get things to go the way they want it to be...


A friend of mine had some marital probs sometime back to d extend of requesting 4 a divorce fr her husband. But with Allah's will, they reconciled after bein apart for almost a year I think...Last week tho, she came to me with this interesting story...


'Someone' else played a part in her reconciliation with her husband - was her mother-in-law! No, it wasn't the usual counselling session but her dearest Mum-In-law actually had engaged a 'Bomoh' to ensure that my friend & her suppose 2 be ex husband got back together & dat my friend wud blindly follow & abide to whatever d son says. The 'ubat'/ 'thing' was sent thru food & drinks. My friend said no wonder her mum-in-law usually offered to cook or bring food from her hometown for my friend to eat...Hidden agenda behind it! Like SHITE!


I mean like HOW DESPERATE can you be???? DUHHH! Doesn't she believe dat the ULTIMATE POWER is ALLAH & that we should work & pray hard for the best but leave it to HIM to lead us to the BEST deicision. 


Friend was really shocked by this news which she got to know from a Family Ustaz who could 'feel' the strong waves of this 'Bomoh' which was said to be powerful - 'Bomoh SIAM'...Brrrrrrr, just hearing it makes me scared...


Whatever it is, told my friend to be careful & recite all necessary 'doas'/ prayers to hopefully stay clear of the 'Bomoh's doings and told her to pray that ALLAH gives much guidance to her mum-in-law & pull her back on the right path, Insya'Allah and STOP being a BLACK MAGIC WOMAN!

Insensitive...yet again!

Was not feeling too well since last nite- slight sore throat, lil bit of flu & aching body. Also, yesterday of all the nights, Arissa choose to wake up more than 3 times for milk! The final call, 7am just now mummy just cudnt stand it & asked ayah to help prepare Arissa's milk.

Despite bein unwell, still got up & cooked for Mr Hubby - 1 of his fave lauk 'Ikan masak Asam pedas'. So, while doin dat d least dat Mr Hubby cud do was help to bathe Arissa. On top of that, Arissa will always be restless if her pampers are way too soggy aready / she's done with her 'poop'-ing biz. Mase mummy masak Arissa pun da stat uneasy & pulled me - mintak to be bathed. But Mr Hubby who choose 2 be ignorant at dat time...just continued with watching tv.

So, in between cooking I rushed to bathe Arissa in a jiffy while Mr Hubby still continued watching sampaila I myself was done with having my bath.Yg geramnyer, Mr Hubby dari bangun pagi sampaila I da siapkan lunch did not even bother once to ask - How was I feeling? Or was I feeling better? coz he knew last nite that I told him I dont feel well. And yeah, d fact dat he didnt bother 2 wake up & help bancuh Arissa milk when Arissa screamed frantically 3 times last nite...lagi makes me SUPER MADDD! Like how INCONSIDERATE can you be? Guess men will always be MEN sometimes...

Now Mr Hubby is out without informing me where he wants to go? So not him...Guess dia malas nk be at home coz I membebel bout him bein inconsiderate. Oh well, cant we women just have what we require especially when we're not well?...not much to ask, just some LOVE & ATTENTION rite! Looks like I'll just have to 'Nurse' myself & hope for a speedy recovery...Insya'Allah. And yeah, God give me patience to go thru this phase of 'Unwanted-ness'.

SCAPEGOAT !!!

Been SUPER LONG since I last updated...so many things been happening. Boss's mum passed away...had to handle a few events single-handedly. Was definately DAMN & DARN tiring!!!

On top of that, had to cover other work & handle...if only I had 8 hands like Mr Squid!

Besides that some fire-fighting dramas @ work...Urghhh, DRAMA3!

Life's like that aint it? All d above I can tolerate & work my way through, but when you are choosen to be d SCAPEGOAT- just because ur d 'smallest fish' in the pond & d 'BIG Kahuna' is 'ALWAYS right'...you 'fortunately' blamed...tongue-lashed at with words like 'STUPID'!...'Dont know how you guys work here'...bla3, and it gets worst when you choose to stay silent coz no matter what you say you are 'WRONG' (In the Kahuna's eyes dat is)! It's too MUCH...especially when you get to know some time later thru ur boss that BIG Kahuna admitted that she was actually WRONG and you get all the 'F_C_ing' CRAP SHIT for nuthin! Just because I'm d 'small fish'!

WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH...D TOUGH GETS GOING!

Part of me says its time to MOVE ON! Part of me says, Neh! dont "DO IT" & stay on! Since late yesterday evening few times I was about to walk over to Mr X & hand over "D Form" but somehow my steps terhenti. Guess Im more overwhelmed with FEAR of how his reaction would be...I mean knowing d "CNN-ness" of his mouth. The NEWS is definately gonna spread like 'WILD-FIRE"!

But then, untill when do I have to bear with the TORTURE...him treating me like Im WORTHLESS...dedicated KULI BATAK of his??? Sp not WORTH IT! Enough is enough...I've decided I'm gonna hand him "D Form" today. Come what may...at least I've tried.

Yet another memorable day...Not only because it was Hari Raya AidilAdha, a public hol but oso Arissa's first time @ d movies ;p This time round Mummy's company pulak bagi free movie tix for Planet 51! Since its cartoon, Mummy thought why not bring d lil one along...

Movie was set @ 11.30pm (saje choose d last slot coz Mummy was thinking by dat time not too far off from Arissa's bedtime - So, even if she were 2 create 'DRAMA' by screaming/ crying - takdelah lame sangat...huhu!) Nways, whole gang (Ibu, Aunty Zkya & Asha, Unkel NWA, Mummy & Ayah) got ready quite late & by d time, we left ibu's house in Keramat - was already 11.25pm I think. Luckily KLCC was just a shout-away.

Arissa was all geared up with her Mr Teddy & dummy (pacifier)...like ready for bed. Mummy dressed Arissa up in leggings & brought along sweater...in case, Arissa sejuk. Here are some pics:

Mase nk enter d cinema, saw Nora Danish (wow, she looked so like 'Anak Dara'! Jealous mymmy). Arissa was excited, ran & gelak2 happy...When we entered d cinema hall, movie had already started 15 mins ago. Luckily, d were very few people & Arissa had a seat to herself. Mummy was scared at dat time, takut she burst out crying coz d hall was dimly lighted & sound kuat. And Mummy wud end up watching d movie from outside d hall...haha!

But Mummy's lil gal behaved & lagi best coz tak ramai orang she had a seat to herself. She really enjoyed herself...siap gelak kekek2 & bahak2...smiled, etc. Sayang Mummy tak dapat take pic. Nways, halfway through the movie...sedar2 Arissa makin lentok & true to my thoughts Arissa fell asleep. Mummy kesian dia tdo senget jer...so, suruh Mr Hubby pangku Arissa right to d time movie ended @ 1.05am appx. Pas abes d movie, Arissa carried Arissa & she woke up. Mummy is sooo glad dat Arissa behaved in d movies unlike Unkel NWA who cried when Wan (Ibu) brought him along for a movie...hehe!

FIRST STREAK!

Red Alert2! I've got my 'First streak'! ARGHHHH...

2  days back I was tying up my hair when my mum said 'STOP'!! - in a frantic manner. I was like 'huh'??? She then asked me turn around - back facing her. Looked @ my head 'microscopically' (ade ker such word..haha!) and said 'U got UBAN'!!!

I was like 'NOOOO' (in denial)...then, she was like 'Yess!'. K-la2, i give in. Have to admit  age is catching up but having 'white hair' @ d age of 30??? Isnt it too soon? I mean my mum started having white hair when she hit 52 years old if I'm not mistaken. But definately when she hit d 50 years mark...

Just gotta face d music then...Age is catching up. Time to have d next 'bun in d oven' perhaps...hmmm!

Had few happenings which I have been intending 2 update but haven't had the time to download the photos & write the entry. 

Mr Hubby received a Set Meal Voucher from one of the Management of Pizza Hut during one of d launch of d latest Pizza Hut pizzas...Errr no, Mr Hubby does not work for Pizza Hut - but he does liaise with them work-wise.

So we all decided to go for a 'Pizza dose' on 9.11.09 (Scary date! but yummylicious lunch ;) Anyways, here are some pics: before & during makan time. Thank you Ayah for d lunch...Kipas2 lah org Pizza Hut tu lagi  - hopefully leh dapat "MORE"! (bak kata Arissa...hehe)

Back to d makan2 story, not sure why but 3/4 of d meal Arissa was 'stuck' to the next booth's table - a group of Indian teen gals. She was practically 'hanging' her chin @ our neighbour's table...MALUnyer mummy okay! Called & pulled her back to our table but she just keep goin back. Like mummy tak give her food...Ish3! Anyways, d other part of d lunch plak Arissa took of her sandles & walked around bare foot. Pakaikan balik then she pulled it off again. Really testing mummy's & ayah's patience ok. Then, she started doin 'Yang Berhormat' visit to other tables...OMG!!! Saba jelah...That's when Mr Hubby & I decided it was time to go back or else tak taula what she wud do next? Hmmm...so Arissa only end up eating some mushroom soup which she really liked & both mummy & Ayah yang Super Kenyang from d meal. Oh ya, before we went back Arissa said bye2 to all d tables with customers that we passed by...Buhuhu! Glamer mummy & AYah...Rase cam bawak 'Lil Miss Malaysia'! Dat's it for our freebie lunch ;) What an adventure...with Arissa is always an adventure! PHEWWWWWWWWW...

Between 'YITE'...'PEASH' and 'NO NEED'!

Never cud have imagine how it wud be when I can hear my own child baby talk ;) Before getting married & having a child of my own, i used to oggle & be jealous of mamas who had babies dat 'talk' in adorable baby babble. And now i have my own child who babbles & 'parrots' practically all words dat her lil ears can hear.

At 1 year 8 months & 1 day, Arissa Sofea can now 'say' some additional words although not in proper adult English...

• "YITE" - for 'Light'. She points at the 'yite' switch & say 'yite', requesting mummy to switch on the 'yite' before entering the bathroom, for mummy to wash her up after poop-ing process
• "PEASH" for 'Please'. As & when she wants something...easier said, when she remembers to say it...haha!
• 'UUU" for 'Thank you". Funny - for now she only manage to catch d 'U' sound only ;p  But Ok la its a start. Developing good manners. Way to go GIRL!
• 1, nope d very 2 words dat Arissa really 'parrots' mummy - The famous "NO NEED" phrase which Arissa is known for. Well yeah, d lil one doesnt comprehend the word "NO" so mummy resort to saying "NO NEED" which sometimes work. Otherwise, you wouldnt even get the chance to finish the word 'NO' before you see the door being slammed smack right to your face. Hmmm, dats Arissa for you! So the efficient at closing doors.
• "NO...NO...NO" - The other word which she is heard using quite daily. Siap dengan action of d lil finger shaking - similar to 'a-a-ah'!
• Ermm what other words...Oh ya, not sure why or how, but these past 3 weeks or so Arissa has this 'Chinese' slang thingy goin on...She says 'mummy' but with a typical Chinese slang. So, it becomes "Mummy ah"..."Teddi ah"; for her teddy bear - "Teddy'. Dahla Arissa nyer eyes memang Chinesy.
• Besides dat, 2 words like "Mummy Car" for "Mummy's car", "Kaki ni" if he feet got 'gatal', etc...
• Oh yes, she knows & can identify most parts of d body aready from d simple - Mouth, teeth, hair, feet, hand, fingers and many other to 'Big tummy' and "belly button' ;)

Arissa is also a 'dancing princess'. She's SOOOO into music - only up-beat & up to date songs tho like: - PIT BULL's 'Room Service'

             - KESHA's 'Tik Tok'

             - BLACK EYE PEAS's 'Meet Me Halfway'

She wud dance - put her hands up,wiggle & shake her right arm (somehow looks like a half chicken kepak2 dance ;p), stamp her feets, turn round in circles. But basically cam ada bakat terpendam 'cucuk langit' jer. Oh no!!! But its only natural dat kids love music rite & enjoy with funky moves to express themselves.

But d one thing dat I 'tak tahan' is whenever we are riding in the car & the radio plays some slow & un-funky song, she would pull my hand & 2nd finger to the radio dial and 'ask' me to change to another station/ song dat is more up-beat & fits her taste...So that she can dance to the Beat!

Well, thats my lil Angel Arissa Sofea...Love you bunches baby ;)
